Attention Licensees!

In an effort to provide you with the most convenient licensing experience, ASBALAID is pleased to announce that we will be transitioning to a new online licensing software product, starting with applications for NEW LICENSES ONLY, on August 1, 2022. Renewals will be added to the platform ahead of the next renewal window on January 1, 2023.

In order to best prepare you for this change and to ensure a smooth transition, we would like to alert you to some important information, dates, and expectations.

    • Use of the new online licensing system requires that you have a valid email address on file with us. Please let us know if the existing email we have for you is no longer valid. You should expect messages regarding this to come from asbalaid@arkansas.gov, so PLEASE be sure this address is exempt from your junk/spam filter settings!
    • Moving forward, initial applications for ASBALAID licenses will go live on the new online licensing system on August 1, 2022. At that time, we will have a link directly to the online application on our website. This link will direct you to create a profile, username, and password prior to submitting your application.
  • As when using any online system, it is critical that you have a stable internet connection during use. Finally, PLEASE NOTE, Internet Explorer has not been supported by Microsoft for some time and should not be relied on for use with our online licensing system. Please ensure you have installed a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) before attempting to apply or renew.

Thank you in advance for your time and diligence in reading this announcement, as well as for your patience as we all acclimate to using a new system. We will continue to send out reminder announcements as we approach our next renewal date on January 1, 2023.”
